  • We offer a 100% refund for shared hosting services if you cancel within 7 days of purchase.
  • Applies only to first-time orders.
  • Renewals and upgrades are not eligible for refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • VPS and Dedicated Servers
  • Domain name registrations or renewals
  • SSL Certificates
  • Setup and installation fees
  • Custom development or managed services
  • Discounted or promotional packages

3. Cancellation Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit a cancellation request via your client area.
  • Email billing@hostwind.net with your order details.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in service termination. We encourage customers to reach out to our Billing Team first.
